As part of Green Libraries Week Clevedon Library are hosting Greenpeace for a free talk about climate facts, misinformation & disinformation

The heat waves, droughts, forest fires and floods we have encountered this summer are not normal but getting to the facts has never been more difficult. Misinformation: False details spread without bad intent, often caused by honest mistakes, bad data, or outdated knowledge and Disinformation: Lies created and shared on purpose to trick people, often funded by groups protecting financial or political interests are rife across all media platforms. This free short talk will help you separate the facts from the fiction.

Clevedon Library is fully accessible all on one level. There is an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities. There is a car park including accessible spaces (for Blue Badge holders).
