Ready for a chill day dedicated to yoga and deep relaxation? Join us in person for the Yoga Lab Day Retreat! It’s all about exploring different styles, connecting with your breath, and recharging your body and mind. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned yogi, come hang out, stretch out, and find your zen with good vibes and great company.

What to Expect

Our Mini Retreats are designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend a day investing in yourself.

We begin with a gentle yoga flow before moving into The Yoga Lab, where we'll break down key postures, explore movement in a practical and accessible way, and help you build greater confidence, strength and understanding in your own practice. Whether you're a beginner or a regular yogi, you'll leave with tools that will transform the way you move on the mat.

After enjoying a nourishing locally sourced lunch, we'll gather for a creative workshop. Every retreat features a different mindful activity—from bracelet making and painting to journalling, floristry, cooking and more—giving you the chance to slow down, create and connect.

We finish every retreat with restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and sound healing, allowing your body and mind to fully rest before you head home feeling refreshed, inspired and restored.
