Hive Sauna & The Promise Co. present, Autumn Equinox - Sauna Sessions

As Summer draws to a close, we welcome you to gather with friends, enjoy great löyly and observe the changing of the season.

Nestled in the meadows, surrounded by trees, grazing animals and buzzing bee-hives, we are bringing you a weekend of outdoor wellness - Sauna & Cold Plunge - Aufguss - Pirts.

The Agenda

Autumn Aufguss Aromas

10:00 - 1130 (arrive from 9:45)

90mins of sauna, cold plunge and aufguss with a trained sauna master. Go on a sensory journey through the seasons with a selection of essential oils that welcome in the autumn season. Move freely between the sauna and the cold plunge with three aufguss rituals during the session.

Nordic sauna

11:30 - 12:30 (arrive from 11:15)

60 mins of free flow sauna and plunge. Your host is available to provide loyly and guide you through the heat and cold, on request. Our nordic sessions are for guests to move freely, bathe and embrace the surroudings.

Pirts session

12:30 - 14:00 (arrive from 12:15)

90mins of sauna and cold plunge with a trained bathmaster. This Lithuanian-inspired sauna experience brings whisks of birch, oak and maple into the sauna room. Guest can enjoy three rounds of pirts, whisking the body independently and being whisking by our bath master, should you wish to.

Belgian & Lithuanian inspired sauna experiences, designed and delivered by Hive Sauna Masters.

Beautiful refreshments in the Old Brewery event space arranged by Cath & Andrew from The Promise Co.

To get here

Head up City Road, you’ll go over the guided busway. You’ll pass a cemetery on your left and a Kids Planet nursery on your right. As you pass the nursery, the road forks left, go STRAIGHT AHEAD onto the gravel track where you will see the sign for The Promise Co., Leyland Farm.

Keep on the track (5mph speed limit if you are driving or are very fast on a bike) and go through the black metal gates.

On Foot: Head straight to The Farm Kitchen or The Brew Room, located by the large brass bell on the wall.

Bike: Park your bike in the bike rack, or under the open sided barn.

Parking: Drive up to the yard at the back and park up in front of the P signs.

About The Honesty Shed: it's is open everyday, during daylight hours. If the large black gates are closed, walk through the small side gate to the left of the large gates.
