A year ago, we gave Wigan its Civic Centre back.

33,000 square feet of restored brutalism, right in the middle of town, and it's been a brilliant first year. So, we're throwing a party. Nothing formal, nothing stuffy. Just the building at its best, good people, and the doors wide open.
