Take some time to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the calming surroundings of Haigh on this guided mindful walk. Explore woodland trails, practice breathing and sensory awareness techniques, spend time reflecting by the Swan Pond, and finish with a peaceful gratitude walk.

Please meet outside the Haigh Visitors Centre at 9.30am wearing comfortale footwear.
