Nature based mindful arts workshop (weather permitting, some of workshop will be outdoors)

The Creative Woods offers this lovely creative and mindful wellbeing workshop at Damhouse, Astley. Through mindful and arts based activities related to the beautiful grounds at Damhouse, we will have a space to slow down and just be, and deepen our connection with Nature in new ways. Weather permitting, some of the workshop will be outdoors.

All materials and refreshments provided. Open to all those aged 16+, no art experience necessary.

TIckets £25 (includes Eventbrite fee). There are also 2 concessionary places for £15 (includes Eventbrite fee). Reservation essential.

Merly's kitchen, the cafe at Damhouse, is open before and after the workshop (10 am - 4pm).

Full refund (minus Eventbrite fee) available up to 7 days before the event.

The workshop is facilitated by Steffie's Arts Space. Steffie is a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, and experienced creative facilitator and qualified outdoor therapist. She offers workshops for RHS Bridgewater, The Whitworth Gallery and privately. See www.steffiesarts.com.
