Christmas has begun - lets get traditional and go see "A Christmas Carol" at the ancient and atmospheric St Cross Hospital in Winchester. Hopefully pop into the equally historic and cozy "Bell Inn" for a warming Mulled Wine afterwards. Meet 6.30 by the Hall entrance to say hello and get settled - plenty of free parking in the streets surrounding the hospital after 6pm - tickets sell fast: *Marley was dead, to begin with…* This winter, The Three Inch Fools return to the Hospital of St Cross with a magical new stage production of **Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol**. On a bitterly cold Christmas Eve, the clock strikes midnight and Ebenezer Scrooge receives the first of a series of otherworldly visitors. Forced to confront his past, present and the future that awaits him, can this most miserly of men change his fate before it is too late? Blending **illusion, live music and spine-tingling storytelling**, The Three Inch Fools bring Dickens’ great supernatural tale vividly to life, embracing all the ghosts, darkness and strange happenings that have made *A Christmas Carol* such an enduring part of Christmas. And there can be few better places to encounter it than St Cross after dark, **set in our atmospheric Brethren’s Hall**. https://hospitalofstcross.co.uk/event/a-christmas-carol-the-three-inch-fools-at-st-cross-2/
