During your session, you’ll have the opportunity to: 🌿 Try nature journaling – notice the small details around you and capture what you see, hear and feel through simple words, sketches and colour. 🍂 Get creative with nature – enjoy seasonal crafts using natural and found materials, creating something to take home with you. 🎨 Explore your creativity – with art and craft materials provided, there’s no pressure to produce a masterpiece. It’s simply about having a go and enjoying the process. ☕ Take time to pause – help yourself to a cup of tea or coffee and a some homemade cake in the woodland tea shed, sit quietly, chat or simply take in the surroundings. 🌳 Reconnect with nature – walk slowly along the paths through the trees, breathe in the fresh air, listen to the birds, sit and chat tonothers or have some time alone in the woodland setting. This is your time to slow down, be present and do something just for you.
