The Operator's Room is where we take a live site, and take it apart line by line. Purchase price, build cost, planning position, GDV, funding stack. We put the numbers on screen and work out whether it stacks, and where it breaks.

It's not a talk and it's not a networking free-for-all. It's two hours with people who do this for a living, working a real deal. You'll leave with a sharper eye for a site than you came in with.

Nobody on stage or speaking is going to upsell you.

The morning

10:00 - What Changed: ten minutes on what's moved in lending, planning and tax

10:15 - The Deal Desk: the site, the numbers, the room's verdict

11:30 - Close (& after event drinks)

Who it's for

The Operators' Room is our Winchester morning, and it runs at a different pace from our Guildford evenings. It's built for people doing deals, or actively looking for their next one: developers, sourcers, land agents and the professionals who work alongside them.

This room assumes you know what a GDV is. We won't turn anyone away, but we don't typically have time to cover the basics either.

Run by

Tanner, Sam and Luke. All three are active developers.

Tanner and Sam run Ajito Property, with schemes in Portsmouth, Gosport, Bridgwater and Liverpool: commercial-to-residential, large HMOs and supported living.

Luke develops new builds, does short lease extensions and runs ApartHotels throughout the Southampton area.

Tickets

£20 a ticket. Members come free, and can bring a guest free.

Members: click Get tickets, then Enter promo code above the ticket list. Type in your member code (in your welcome email) and your ticket drops to £0.

Bringing a guest: book their ticket in their name using your guest code, the same way (in your welcome email) . Or send them the code and they can book it themselves. That's one guest per member at each training and networking event.
