About This Event

Whether you are an experienced freediver looking to connect with others in the water or someone just starting to explore the sport, our Southampton Deep Breath Social is a great chance to meet fellow enthusiasts in a relaxed setting. We get together to share stories from our recent dives, swap tips on technique, and talk about upcoming local trips. There is no pressure or formal agenda here, just a community of people who enjoy spending time beneath the surface. We hold these mixers to keep the local community connected during the weeks we are not out training or exploring the coast. It is a welcoming space for anyone interested in the breath-hold world, regardless of your current depth or experience level. If you have been looking for a way to meet local dive buddies or just want to chat with like-minded people, we would love to see you there. Please let us know if you can make it by clicking the RSVP button so we can get a rough idea of numbers.
