Pause, rest and reset. Let the soothing tones of crystal bowls, gong and chimes melt away tension and quiet your mind.

Give yourself the gift of an hour to simply stop. In this gentle sound journey, you’ll lie back, get comfortable and let the soothing tones of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes and drum wash over you. The vibrations help to quieten a busy mind, release tension held in the body and invite a deep sense of rest.

We’ll begin with a short introduction to help you settle and set an intention, before drifting into around an hour of deep relaxation. No experience is needed, just come as you are, wear something comfortable and allow yourself to be held by the sound.
