The Space to Feel: Stress Release Retreat will occur at Station Mill Health and Fitness in New Alresford on 7 November 2026. This retreat focuses on releasing tension through breathwork, TRE®, and sound.
Feeling stretched thin? Release built-up tension, let breath and sound guide you to what lies beneath and reconnect with yourself.
We can become so used to pushing through stress and everyday demands that we barely notice how much tension we're carrying or how we're actually feeling.
Space to Feel is a half-day retreat offering you time to turn your attention back to yourself, reconnect with your body and explore what may be sitting beneath the surface.
We'll combine TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), Conscious Connected Breathwork and a Sound Journey. These practices can be powerful, offering opportunities to release physical and emotional tension and become more aware of how we respond to stress and what we may be holding onto.
It's an afternoon to step away from the usual roles and expectations and give yourself permission to feel whatever comes up, without needing to change anything.
You'll be guided by two certified, trauma-informed practitioners who will support you throughout, encouraging you to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
What previous participants have said
"I arrived at Ewa's breathwork session feeling scattered and disconnected. I left feeling whole. Her professionalism, intuition and genuine care made all the difference. A truly transformative experience I would recommend to anyone ready to go within."
— Tash, previous Breathwork workshop with Ewa
“The most powerful TRE Session I had so far and combined with the Breathwork afterwards, it was the perfect mix for me to drop into my body and surrender to my breath and the experience. Can't wait to join another session!”
— Antonia, previous TRE® and Breathwork workshop with Aleksandra
What to expect
We’ll begin with a short introduction to TRE® and Conscious Connected Breathwork, followed by some grounding and body awareness practices to help you settle into the session.
The first part of the retreat will focus on TRE® - a gentle sequence of exercises that helps activate the body’s natural tremor response. These involuntary tremors can help the body let go of built-up stress and tension.
We’ll then move into Conscious Connected Breathwork, a rhythmic, guided breathing practice. It can bring greater awareness to what is happening internally and offer an opportunity to explore thoughts, emotions, sensations or experiences that may sit beneath the surface.
The two practices work really well together. TRE® can help the body release some of the tension it has accumulated over time. Conscious Connected Breathwork then offers an opportunity to explore more deeply what is happening within you and become aware of parts of your experience that may not usually be so easy to access.
Throughout the session, a carefully curated playlist woven with live sound journey elements will support and guide you, helping you deepen into the breath and the journey. We’ll close the retreat with time to rest and integrate your experience, followed by a closing circle. There will be space to share anything that feels meaningful to you, entirely voluntary, as part of the integration process. You’re equally welcome to simply listen.
There will also be time for breaks and reflection throughout the afternoon, with tea and light refreshments provided.
Who is this retreat for?
