Join me for an intimate afternoon of honouring and celebrating who we were, who we have become, and where we are going.

​

This is a particularly special gathering for me, as I celebrate 11 years of sobriety — 11 years on a conscious spiritual path of self-discovery, self-growth and self-love.

​

Over those years, I have crossed many thresholds. I have let go of old versions of myself, met new ones, fallen, risen, changed, healed and continued to discover who I am becoming. And I would love to mark this moment by creating a space for you to honour your own journey too.

​

Whether you are just beginning your journey, are many years into it, or simply feel the need for a little retreat from the busyness of everyday life, let me hold you for an afternoon where there is nothing you need to do but receive.

Together, through Cacao, Meditation, Conscious Connected Breathwork, and Reiki, we will pause and reflect. We’ll honour where we have been, celebrate how far we have come, release what we no longer wish to carry and create space for whatever is waiting to emerge.

November feels like a particularly poignant time to gather. As the days grow shorter and we move more deeply into the darker half of the year, nature reminds us that light and darkness are not opposites to choose between, but both part of the journey. There is wisdom in turning inward, in sitting with what has been, and in remembering that even within the darkness, the light remains.

The Threshold is an invitation to pause between what has been and what is yet to come — to honour it all, and perhaps step forward a little more consciously into your next chapter.
