A Friday evening reset in Winchester

A space to slow down, breathe, reconnect and simply be.

Each session includes:

🌿 Breathwork: guided practices to help you settle, breathe deeply and arrive fully in the space.

🕉️ Meditation with mantras: guided meditation using the power of sound and repetition. We work with sacred mantras, including the Maha Mantra:

Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna,

Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare,

Hare Rama, Hare Rama,

Rama Rama, Hare Hare.

🤍 Deep rest: time to lie back, let everything settle and enjoy some real space to simply be.

A continuous sea of Oms, with everyone taking turns to chant and to receive the sound lying in the centre of the circle. A fully guided, immersive experience.

I'm really excited about this one.

We’ll be joined by His Grace Kripamoya Das - my spiritual teacher and guru - for a special evening of breathwork, spiritual wisdom and kirtan.

Kripamoya Das is a respected Vedic teacher, priest and initiated disciple of Srila Prabhupada, founder of the Hare Krishna movement. His life has been dedicated to sharing spiritual wisdom, mantra meditation and kirtan.

Srila Prabhupada’s connection with the West is also part of a remarkable story involving George Harrison, who spent time with Srila Prabhupada and the devotees and later purchased the property that became Bhaktivedanta Manor in Watford, a spirutural sanctuary open to all.

Kripamoya Das is also the father of Jhanavi Harrison, the celebrated kirtan artist and 2026 Grammy-nominated musician.
