🌙 WHAT TO BRING

Please bring whatever helps you feel warm, cosy and fully supported while lying down.

Most guests bring:

• A yoga mat or soft surface to lie on - PROVIDED

• A blanket

• A pillow or cushion

• An eye mask or scarf — optional, but recommended

• A bottle of water

• Your favourite crystals, if you would like to have them with you during the session

Wear comfortable clothing and give yourself permission to completely switch off for a while.
