Exploring the Potency of Nature through Guided Meditation, Herbs, Crystals, and Essential Oils

Looking for a nurturing and heart-centered community where you can connect deeply with yourself and others? You’re warmly invited to our monthly gathering, a sacred space for spiritual nourishment, emotional healing, and soulful connection.

This is so much more than a meditation group; it’s a healing journey. Each month, we explore a unique combination of crystals, herbs, and essential oils, intuitively chosen to work together for your personal growth and well-being. Through guided meditations and hands-on rituals, you’ll experience how these natural gifts invite you into deeper harmony and connection with the earth and yourself.

Your £20 contribution includes a beautiful crystal and a personalised essential oil blend, thoughtfully crafted for you to continue your healing experience at home throughout the month.

Come as you are, and together we’ll create a supportive circle of friendship, transformation, and magic. Reserve your spot now, and step into a heart-opening journey of self-discovery.

My name is Debbie Lawrence, and I am a devoted Reiki Master Teacher, Aromatherapist and Holistic Therapist, blessed to have walked the spiritual path for over two decades. Along the way, I’ve discovered a profound truth: nature holds the key to healing on every level physical, emotional, and spiritual. Working with the sacred gifts of Mother Nature is a true joy, and it’s my passion to share these natural tools with others, empowering you to tap into your innate ability to heal and grow.

I’m truly excited to walk this path alongside you, sharing the wisdom I’ve gathered and creating a nurturing space where we can explore the wonders of self-healing together. Let’s embrace the beauty of our connection with ourselves, with each other, and with the universe.

With love and gratitude,Debbie xxxx
