How to Book & Important Info

To ensure everyone gets the full experience, the event will run on pre-booked time slots. Each session includes a brief 10-minute presentation and Q&A, followed by a guided tour.

Please book your ticket in advance via Eventbrite.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked time slot to check-in, as late arrivals may miss the presentation.

Parking: There is no car parking available at the marketing suite. We encourage attendees to travel on foot, use public transport, or utilise nearby local parking facilities.

Eligibility Requirements

Please note that London Living Rent homes have specific eligibility criteria. To qualify, you must:

Live or work in London

Have a maximum household income of £75,000

Be unable to buy a home on the open market or through Shared Ownership

Not own any residential property in the UK or overseas

Meet the minimum income requirement for your preferred property type
