Perfect for anyone needing a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle. Bring a mat,bring a blanket, bring a friend, or just bring yourself and float away on a cloud of good vibes. Sound baths are a deeply relaxing experience using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic sounds. While many people find sound baths calming and beneficial, they are not suitable for everyone.

For your safety, please do not attend if you:

Are pregnant, unless you have discussed sound-bath participation with your healthcare professional and have been advised that it is suitable for you.

Have epilepsy or a history of seizures that may be triggered by sound, vibration or flashing/light stimulation.

Have a serious heart condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure or another significant medical condition where relaxation therapies or strong vibrations may not be appropriate.

Have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device, unless you have confirmed with your healthcare professional that participation is safe.

Have recently undergone surgery or have an acute injury where lying still for an extended period may be uncomfortable or unsuitable.

Are experiencing a significant mental health episode or a condition that may be adversely affected by altered states of relaxation or sensory stimulation.

Have a severe hearing condition or sound sensitivity that could make loud or sustained sounds uncomfortable.

Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

By purchasing a ticket and attending this sound bath, you confirm that you have read and understood the above information and consent to receiving sound, vibration and sensory stimulation from the instruments used during the session. You accept responsibility for informing the facilitator of any relevant medical conditions, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect your participation.
