Authentic Indian Cooking with Bee — Hosted by Kitchen Square

Join us for an afternoon of authentic Indian cooking with Bee, as she shares her approach to some of the most-loved dishes from her kitchen.

In this live cooking demonstration, Bee will take you through the process of making butter chicken, fluffy rice and fresh roti's from scratch, sharing the techniques, tips and knowledge behind each dish along the way.

You’ll see the butter chicken prepared from start to finish, including chicken cooked separately in a carbon-steel frying pan before being brought together with the sauce. Bee will also demonstrate her method for achieving perfectly fluffy rice and making soft, freshly cooked roti's.

A vegetarian paneer option will also be available for guests to taste.

This is an intimate, hands-on-feeling cooking experience designed to celebrate authentic Indian food, traditional techniques and good cookware. Kitchen Square will also be showcasing the PROCASA cookware used throughout the demonstration, giving you the opportunity to see how the right cookware can support great cooking in a real kitchen.
