A safe, supportive and informative 6-week sexual health programme for young people aged 13–17. Together. 💗 BE YOU. BE SAFE. BE INFORMED. A 6-week sexual health and wellbeing programme for young people aged 13–17. Let’s talk about sexual health, relationships, wellbeing and you in a safe, supportive and judgement-free environment. This programme is designed to give young people the knowledge, confidence and space to ask questions, have honest conversations and better understand themselves and their wellbeing. Across six sessions, we’ll explore topics including body positivity, sexual health, contraception, menstruation, consent, healthy relationships, mental health and sexual trauma. 📅 Programme Dates Saturday 19th September 2026 — 1pm–2pm Saturday 26th September 2026 — 1pm–2pm Sunday 4th October 2026 — 1pm–2pm Saturday 10th October 2026 — 1pm–2pm Saturday 17th October 2026 — 1pm–2pm Saturday 24th October 2026 — 1pm–2pm Doors open at 12:45pm. Sessions start promptly at 1pm. 🌸 WHAT WE'LL COVER 1. IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU Saturday 19th September An introduction to the programme, with a focus on identity, body positivity, social media and understanding who you really are. 2. SEX EDUCATION DONE RIGHT Saturday 26th September We’ll explore how infections are spread, condom demonstrations, BV and thrush, as well as STI screening and sexual health information. 3. THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE & CONTRACEPTION Sunday 4th October We’ll discuss the stages of the menstrual cycle, foods and products that can affect your cycle, period products and contraception. 4. CONSENT & HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS Saturday 10th October A session exploring communication, boundaries, grooming and different types of consent. 5. MENTAL HEALTH Saturday 17th October An open discussion around mental health, peer relationships, social media, self-esteem and looking after your wellbeing. 6. SEXUAL TRAUMA & HOLISTIC HEALTH Saturday 24th October We’ll discuss sexual trauma and holistic wellbeing, including sound bath and meditation activities. Young people will also have the opportunity to reflect, write affirmations and set intentions. As this is the final session, we’ll also gather feedback about what young people would like to see included in future sessions. 💚 WHAT TO EXPECTA safe and supportive environment Open and honest conversations Interactive activities Educational workbooks Opportunities to ask questions Practical sexual health information Wellbeing and mindfulness activities A mixture of boys and girls Maximum of 20 young people Workbooks will be provided throughout the 6 weeks. ⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATIONParent/Guardian Consent Required Parent/guardian consent is required for all participants aged 13–17. Please ensure the appropriate consent is completed before the young person attends the programme. Photography & Video: Photos and videos may be taken during the sessions for promotional and educational purposes. A 6-week sexual health and wellbeing programme for young people aged 13–17.
Let’s talk about sexual health, relationships, wellbeing and you in a safe, supportive and judgement-free environment.
This programme is designed to give young people the knowledge, confidence and space to ask questions, have honest conversations and better understand themselves and their wellbeing.
Across six sessions, we’ll explore topics including body positivity, sexual health, contraception, menstruation, consent, healthy relationships, mental health and sexual trauma.

1. IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU
Saturday 19th September
