CIAO Sessions #005

Definitely a Run. Definitely a Rave.

Something different is coming to Wombourne.

Introducing CIAO Sessions: A brand new community event combining movement, music and meaningful connection.

We’ll meet at The Platform, Wombourne before heading out together for a relaxed 5K community run, pumping out feel-good music to keep the energy high from start to finish.

When we return, the evening doesn’t end.

The Platform transforms into our own community coffee rave. A space to grab a coffee, move, dance, chat, laugh and meet new people in a welcoming, alcohol-free environment.

Whether you’re coming on your own, with friends, you’re a regular runner or you’ve never attended a community event before, everyone is welcome.

At CIAO we believe change starts with connection.

Sometimes all it takes is just saying hello.

What to Expect

CIAO stands for Change Is Always Optional.

We believe movement creates connection, connection builds community, and community has the power to change lives.
