We’re taking CIAO to the track!

Whether you’re a seasoned runner looking to improve your speed, completely new to running or simply wanting to try something different, our CIAO Track Sessions are for everyone.

The idea is simple. Bring people together, get moving and create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported and encouraged, regardless of their fitness level or experience.

There’s no pressure to be the fastest, no expectations and certainly no judgement. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, building your confidence or just getting some laps in, you’re more than welcome to join us.

It’s an opportunity to push yourself, meet like-minded people and enjoy the benefits of movement in a positive, supportive environment.

What to expect:

What to bring:

Your running trainers, some water and a willingness to give it a go. That’s all you need!

At CIAO, we believe movement should be accessible to everyone and that sometimes the hardest part is simply showing up.

So whether you’re coming with friends or turning up on your own, there’s always a place for you.
