Creative Wellbeing Evenings

Friday 4th December | 7:30pm–9:00pm

A monthly evening to slow down, switch off and make time for yourself.

Join us on the first Friday of each month for a relaxed and welcoming creative wellbeing session. Using mixed-media collage, you’ll have the freedom to explore, experiment and create your own unique piece of artwork.

No artistic skills or experience needed

All materials provided (you are welcome to bring your own if you want to)

No judgement or expectations

Come on your own or bring a friend

Everyone is welcome

There’s no right or wrong way to create. You can simply enjoy the process, follow your intuition and see where your creativity takes you.

This is a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, be present in the moment and enjoy some mindful, creative time for yourself.

Come as you are. Create however you wish. Take some time for you.
