What to expect:

A 45–60 minute guided sound journey

Crystal singing bowls with gentle gong

A welcoming, supportive atmosphere

Mats, blankets and cushions provided

Please bring:

A bottle of water

Anything extra you’d like to make yourself comfortable, such as your favourite blanket or pillow

This session is suitable for most people. If you are pregnant (particularly during the first trimester), have a pacemaker, sound-induced epilepsy or another medical condition you’re unsure about, please get in touch before booking.
