There is a difference between reading about shamanism and sitting inside it. This day is for the second kind of person.

If you have felt pulled toward this work without quite knowing why, if the word "shaman" has crossed your path more than once lately, or if you simply want a real, grounded first experience rather than another article or video, this day is built for you.

This is not a performance and it is not theatre. I am traditionally trained in Nepalese and Tibetan shamanism, and have studied Andean tradition in the Amazon. Everything you will take part in comes from lived lineage, not something assembled for effect.

We begin plainly. What shamanism actually is, where it comes from, and how to tell genuine practice from performance or guesswork. No assumed knowledge, no jargon left unexplained.

Why this matters to you: Most people's only reference point is what they've seen online or in films. This grounds you in the real thing before anything else happens.

🐾 Guided Journey — Meeting Your Power Animal

Led by drum, you'll take your first shamanic journey to meet a power animal, a guide who carries specific strength, instinct or medicine for you.

Why this matters to you: This is often people's first direct experience of non-ordinary reality, and for many it's the moment the work stops being an idea and starts being real.

🪶 A Session With My Spirit Guides

I'll work directly with my own spirit guides on your behalf, bringing through what is relevant and useful for where you are right now.

Why this matters to you: You don't need any experience or belief system to receive this. You simply need to be open to what comes.

🔔 Hands-On Ceremonial Work

You'll work directly with drum, feather, smoke and song, the practical tools of shamanic ceremony, not just observing but taking part.

Why this matters to you: Shamanism is a practice, not a philosophy. Using the tools yourself is how the learning actually lands.

🌾 Earth and Ancestral Connection

We turn toward the land beneath us and those who came before us, exploring how both hold us even when we've forgotten they're there.

Why this matters to you: Many people carry a quiet disconnection from both land and lineage without realising it. This begins to repair that thread.

🙏 Introduction to Puja and Dakini Practice

A gentle first introduction to Puja, a devotional ceremonial practice, and Dakini energy, a wisdom principle from the Tibetan tradition I trained in.

Why this matters to you: These are genuine lineage practices, offered here simply and without expectation, as a door you can choose to walk through further another time, or not.

🌕 Closing Circle

We close together, sharing what moved through us and consciously integrating the day before returning to ordinary life.

Why this matters to you: Integration is where a day like this actually settles in. Without it, even a powerful experience can slip away within a week.

❓ If This Is Your First Time

You do not need any experience, background or belief system to take part in this day. It is called an introduction for a reason, everyone in the room starts from the same place.

If anything feels unfamiliar or brings something up, you'll be held and supported throughout, you are never left to find your own way through it.

Wear comfortable clothing you can sit and move in. Bring a journal and pen, water, and anything that helps your comfort. You're welcome to bring a personal object for the altar, though it isn't required.
