A session to unwind under the open canopy of ancient trees within Arley Arboretum.

Celebrate the summer with Victoria under the blue skies and lush green canopy of Arley Arboretum. These are very special outdoor sound bath sessions bringing together the peak of the sun's energy and sound healing. Come and unwind surrounded by birdsong and the elements of nature with the sounds of crystal singing bowls, alchemy bowls, gong, chimes and a fully guided meditation.

Here, you can fully embrace a restful practice, lying down to soak in the beautiful surroundings while being guided into a profound state of relaxation. Feel the body relax and enjoy creating space within your life.

I'd love the sessions to have a relaxed opening and close so you are welcome to arrive anytime before the session begins to enjoy the Arboretum*. The delivery of the session will be in times stated (please do not arrive after these times due to the journey of the practice and disturbance of others).

The session will be held within a suitable spot under the canopy of the arboretum's trees and summer foliage.

Upon arrival we will meet at the cafe area.

This session is outdoors so please bring/wear appropriate clothing for the season.

Please bring a yoga mat/camping mat/something to lie on.

Lots of cushions and blankets to stay comfortable and relaxed while you lie on the earth.

No experience is needed, just a need for rest. This is the perfect practice for anyone with a busy mind and supports all facets of stress in modern lives. Please note sound bath sessions are not suitable for those who are pregnant or those with pacemakers.
