About This Event

The rag craft workshops at Kinver Edge and the Rock Houses include demonstrations of traditional rag rugging, a skill historically practised by residents of the Rock Houses to repurpose scrap materials.

Rag rugging was a very important skill for the people that lived at the Rock Houses. Nothing was wasted, all scrap materials were put to good use. Join us for this guided craft session and learn the skills to make your own rug or wreath. All materials are included.
