Join Cal Wensley in person for an open mic night celebrating poetry, words and local voices.

Great poetry, fresh voices and a welcoming atmosphere — join Sandwell Stanzas for an evening with headline poet Cal Wensley!

We’re heading to Blackheath Library for another fantastic Sandwell Stanzas open mic poetry night.

This month, we’re delighted to welcome Cal Wensley as our headline performer, alongside an exciting mix of voices from our open mic community.

Poetry can make us laugh, challenge our thinking, move us emotionally or simply remind us that we’re not alone.

At Sandwell Stanzas, we celebrate all of it!
