Get ready to share your words or just vibe with Spoz at this chill 18+ open mic night.

Poetry, personality and plenty of laughs! Sandwell Stanzas welcomes Spoz for an adults-only spoken word night.

Get ready for another fantastic evening of poetry as Sandwell Stanzas heads to Brandhall Library!

We’re delighted to welcome Spoz (Giovanni Esposito) as our headline poet for this special 18+ event.

Alongside the headline performance, we’ll be giving poets from across Sandwell and beyond the chance to step up to the microphone and share their work.

Expect a lively evening celebrating creativity, self-expression and the wonderful variety of voices within our poetry community.

Fancy a go on the mic?

Whether you’re a regular performer or someone who’s been quietly writing poetry for years, we’d love to welcome you.

Our open mic is a supportive space for performers of all abilities and experience levels.

As this is an 18+ event, performances may include strong language and adult themes.

You don’t have to perform to enjoy the evening. Come along, discover new poets and support local creativity!
