Join us every Sunday, 09:00 am outside Boston Tea Party, Solihull for a free, feel-good walk & talk.
🏃On 1st Sun of each month (this run), we walk around Tudor Grange Park so that Striders can join the Peachy run club (kid friendly) from 09:45 if they wish.
If you're interested in health, wellness, fitness, personal devleopment, plotting life dreams and business - YOU'VE MET YOUR TRIBE!
Come as you are. Bed hair, muddy coats, uncaffinated brains welcomed (as are 4 legged friends!)
