If you have been curious about brewing your own kombucha at home but are not sure where to start, join us for our next gathering of The Local Culture Kombucha Brewing Collective in Wolverhampton. This is a practical, hands-on session where we will walk through the basics of the fermentation process, how to manage a SCOBY, and how to safely flavor your batches. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone who has been brewing for a while and wants to troubleshoot a stalled batch, this is a space to share tips and learn from one another in a relaxed environment. We believe that fermentation is best practiced in community, so this is very much an informal get-together rather than a formal lecture. We will have some starter cultures available to share, so bring along any questions you have about your own brewing experiments. It is a great opportunity to connect with other local makers and walk away with the confidence to keep a continuous brew going in your own kitchen. We would love to get an accurate headcount so we can prepare enough materials for everyone. If you are planning to come along, please let us know by clicking the RSVP button so we can save you a spot.
