Hope Remains: World Mental Health Day Reflective Service

Suicide Prevention is Everyone’s Business- Mental health affects every adult, child, and community. This service is to remind our community that we are all important and to support each other. It is a community event for anyone of any faith or belief.

Violet Project CIO and Wolverhampton Suicide Prevention Stakeholder Forum Charitable Trust warmly invite you to join us in person for a free, heartfelt gathering to mark World Mental Health Day on Saturday 10th October.

The service will provide a safe space to remember, support, and spread hope. Guest speakers will share their journeys and messages of HOPE through their experiences with mental health. Hope and connection are vital for suicide prevention.

Whether you’re here to listen, share, or simply be present, let’s come together to remind everyone that hope remains, and no one is alone.

The service is suitable for those aged 12 and over with a parent or carer. Bring your friends, your stories, or just yourself.

Doors open: 15:30

Service: 16:00–17:00

Refreshments and Stalls: 17:00- 18:00

**If you have lost someone to suicide -and would like them to be included in our photo collage for the reflection service (whether you are attending or not), please email one picture BY NOON on Monday 5th October to contact@violetproject.co.uk

After the service, join us for free refreshments and a chance to chat with local support partners, including Suicide Bereavement Support, Drug & Alcohol Services, Debt Advice, Mental Health Services, and Identity Support.
