Welcome to Saheli Space🏸

We're creating a welcoming space where women can come together, stay active, build confidence, and make new connections through sport.

Whether you've never picked up a badminton racket before, play occasionally, or have years of experience, you're welcome to join us. This session is all about having fun in a relaxed, supportive, and non-judgemental environment.
