ExpLauras and Seasons & Senses offers an inclusive, active outdoor after-school club for primary school aged children and their families. Designed to support the participants' physical well being, provide opportunities for confidence building, practising social skills and gaining emotional resilience through nature-based experiences, outdoor play and physical games and activities.

Sessions provide children with the opportunity to be active, explore, connect with nature and develop positive relationships in a safe and supportive environment. We invite parents and carers to participate alongside their child in building relationships and a community hub.

The programme is suitable for children aged 5–11 and can be adapted to meet the needs of children with SEND and SEMH needs and those who may benefit from a less formal approach to participation.

Activities may include:
