About This Event

A guided tour of the Robert Adam-designed Croome will be held on 17 September 2026 at 12:45. The tour provides an introduction to Robert Adam's work and its significance at Croome.

This tour provides an introduction to British neoclassical architect and designer Robert Adam and the significant contribution he made to Croome’s interiors. Commissioned early in his career by the 6th Earl of Coventry, Adam went to form important collaborations with ‘Capability’ Brown, having met when working together at Croome.

This 45 minute tour highlights the important relationship that formed between Robert Adam, ‘Capability’ Brown and the 6th Earl of Coventry that can still be experienced in Croome’s landscape and interiors today.

The maximum number of people per tour is 20 excluding the guide.

All tours are subject the availability of volunteers to run them.
