Slow down with deep relaxation and soothing sounds in our Sound and Circle session.

Sound and Circle

Give yourself some time out to slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself and others.

We’ll begin with a soothing sound bath, allowing you to relax, unwind and simply be, before coming together in a welcoming circle to reflect, share thoughts and chat.

There’s no pressure to speak or share – just a relaxed, supportive space to listen, connect and enjoy being in the company of others.

Come as you are, take a breath, and give yourself some much-needed time just for you.

We’d love you to join us. 💛
