Be Held is a gentle monthly wellbeing evening for women who need a couple of hours to put everything down and simply be looked after for a change.

Join me at the beautiful Deighton Lodge for an evening of calming breathwork, mindful movement to ease tension and create more comfort in your body, deep relaxation and a restorative crystal sound experience.

No pressure. No expectations. No need to be good at yoga or meditation.

Just a warm, welcoming space to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.
