A little note about November: the church is absolutely beautiful, but as you can imagine, it can get quite chilly as we move into the winter months!

So for this session, please dress extra warmly cosy socks etc and bring additional blankets.

These vibrations work with your body’s natural energy centres (chakras), helping to release tension, restore balance, and bring you back into harmony.

This session is open to anyone seeking time to pause, reset, and reconnect.

However, it is not suitable for those with epilepsy, pacemakers, or during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you are tapering off medication, please consult your GP before attending.
