The Well Pop-up Sessions in York

The Well in York is a carefully put together package providing people in York with a holistic way of improving their mental health and well-being through events, community and support.

The lunch time pop-up sessions are a chance for you to pay more attention to your mental-health and wellbeing, to connect and join community, to reflect and relax and participate in activities that promote and facilitate all these things!

Activities include:

Space and material to write and journal

Puzzles and jigsaws

Wellbeing exercises to aid self reflection

A friendly volunteer that provides space for you to talk and a listening ear

A guided group activity you can choose to participate in led by one of our team

Free lunch

This event is free and we welcome anyone, no one will be turned away. In order to provide enough catering and to meet dietary requirements, please book a space if you can!
