The York Midnight Canvas Collective Sketch Night is a relaxed, informal gathering for anyone who finds their creative energy flowing after the sun goes down. Whether you are a professional artist, a hobbyist with a sketchbook, or someone just looking for a quiet space to doodle, this is a night to unplug and draw in good company. We meet in a calm, low-pressure environment where the focus is simply on the process of creating rather than the final result. We keep the structure minimal so you can work at your own pace. Bring whatever supplies you prefer to use, whether that is graphite, charcoal, or a digital tablet, and feel free to bring along a work-in-progress or start something entirely new. It is a great way to meet fellow creatives in the area and find some inspiration in the late-night quiet. If you are planning to join us, please click the RSVP button so we can get an idea of numbers and save you a seat.
