Join Us for Changing the Narrative on Suicide

Let's come together in person to have honest, open conversations about suicide—breaking the stigma and sharing hope. This event is all about changing how we talk about mental health and supporting each other in real ways. The event will include the opportunity to explore local support resources and hear from individuals with lived experience. Everyone is welcome!

There will be many organisations joining us on the day, including: SAMH, SHMU, Survivors of Bereavement by Suicice, Four Pillars, Police Scotland, Women in Mind and more!
