Join us at the historic Cross Barn in Odiham for a peaceful sound bath - a chance to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect.

Held in the serene surroundings of this beautiful 16th-century barn, each session offers a restorative experience immersed in the soothing tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.

The gentle sound vibrations can help calm the mind, release tension, and bring the body and spirit back into balance - leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and at ease.

Take this time to pause, breathe, and simply be - a moment of stillness and renewal in your week.

Arrival: The barn doors will open at 7:45pm, and you are welcome to arrive anytime between 7:45pm and 7:55pm to settle into your space. The session will start promptly at 8:00pm, and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, latecomers will not be able to enter. Thank you for your understanding.

What to bring:

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie/sit on

A pillow

Blanket(s)

Drinking water

Optional: an eye mask and an extra cushion/pillow for under your legs

A journal if you’d like to write down thoughts before or after the session

Anything else you need to stay cosy, comfortable and warm

Parking: The Cross Barn is located in a residential area. Please park in the designated Cross Barn visitor parking, which is free, clearly signposted, and off-road.

Please Note: While sound meditation is generally considered a safe practice, it may not be suitable for everyone.

It is typically not recommended for individuals with:

Epilepsy (where seizures are triggered by sound or vibration)
