Join us for a deeply restorative autumn evening designed to help you designed to help you slow down, reset and reconnect with yourself.

As we move further into the autumn season, nature begins to soften, release and turn inward — and we are invited to do the same. This is a chance to step away from the noise and busyness of everyday life, rest deeply and create space for whatever you may be ready to let go of.

We’ll begin with the gentle use of essential oils, followed by a guided grounding meditation to help you settle into the space, quieten the mind and arrive fully in the present moment.

You’ll then be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, shruti box, chimes, percussion and other therapeutic instruments, woven together with live healing voice. Throughout the sound bath, Bec will offer Reiki, adding another beautiful layer of calming, restorative energy to the experience.

As the sound journey comes to a close, you’ll be gently brought back into the room before we finish together with a grounding tea ritual, sharing our own specially chosen herbal tea blend to help you feel rooted, settled and restored.

There will also be an opportunity to select an oracle card, offering a gentle message, reflection or intention to take with you as you move forward into the season.

No previous experience of sound healing, meditation or Reiki is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable and give yourself permission to pause, receive and rest.

Sound baths are generally a gentle and relaxing experience, but there are some circumstances where extra consideration may be needed.

Please contact me before booking if you:

• Are pregnant, particularly during the first trimester• Have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, particularly if triggered by sound• Have a pacemaker, defibrillator, cochlear implant or other implanted electronic device• Have a serious or unstable heart condition• Experience severe tinnitus, hyperacusis or significant sound sensitivity• Have recently undergone major surgery or have a serious or unstable medical condition• Have a severe or unstable mental health condition, including psychosis• Have any other health condition that may affect your ability to safely participate
