Join us for dance day exploring what it means to live fully and to dare deeply-

to wholeheartedly experience and enjoy this one wild and precious life that we have been given.

We will explore the line between setting a clear intention for what we want for our lives

-and listening deeply into what life wants from us!

We will explore together what it means to be human,

to have a heart that wishes and wants

and how we might move more skilfully with the mysteries of life.

and even see if we can stack the odds in our favour!

The day is held in a beautiful dance yurt in the Santa Cruz mountains- approximatly 20 minutes out of Soquel. Full arrival info will be circulated in the lead up to the workshop.

The day is led by Tess Howell - a 5Rhythms teacher, a SomaSource Dance Rites of Passage Facilitator, a Spirit Rock Dharma Yoga Teacher and a 360 Emergence Dance Facitlitator. Tess is Operations Director at the School of Lost Borders and supports wildnerness rites of passge work. She is the founder of Wild Moves outdoor dance events and has been taking people on deep-dive outdoor dance experiences in areas of wild beauty since 2012.
