About This Event

Healthy Oceans Healthy Minds Beach Meditation and Sound Healing is a restorative coastal wellbeing experience combining guided meditation with therapeutic sound healing. This event is facilitated by Mourne Magic. Taking place on the peaceful shoreline of Kilclief Beach, this calming session offers an opportunity to unwind, reconnect with nature and enjoy a mindful experience by the sea. Please note: Location: Kilclief Beach, Downpatrick, BT30 7NR. Age: 16+ years. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. This activity is not suitable for wheelchair users.
