If you have ever been curious about improv but felt a bit nervous about jumping in, this session is for you. We are hosting a friendly, low-pressure introduction to the world of Yes And, designed specifically for people who are trying improv for the very first time. You do not need to be funny, quick-witted, or a natural performer to enjoy this; the goal is simply to get out of your head, meet some new people, and have a laugh while learning the basics of how to support and build on each other's ideas. We will spend the session going through a few gentle games and exercises that break the ice and take the pressure off. Whether you are looking to build a bit more confidence, meet folks in the Belfast area, or just try something completely different on a weeknight, you will find a supportive space here. Everything is guided and structured, so you can just show up as you are. We would love to get a good group together for this, so if you are interested, please click the RSVP button so we know how many people to expect. Hope to see you there.
