This is a free event and an opportunity to explore a miniature medieval-style castle that once guarded the entrance to Glenarm Castle Estate. Visitors can enjoy a self-guided tour of this unique structure, including its dramatic turreted rooftop with views over the village and sea.
Tours are self-guided and you can arrive anytime between 10am and 4pm.
Parking: There is no parking at Barbican. There is limited parking along Castle Street/Barbican Gate entrance. There is free parking at Glenarm Carpark on the Coast Road and parking in the Castle Demense but a parking fee may apply. No dogs allowed. Visitors are responsible for their own vehicles.
Accessibility: The stone staircase to the upper floors may not be suitable for those who have mobility issues and need assistance. Visitors with mobility issues should contact bookings@irishlandmark.com
