Every child should have the opportunity to grow up safe, happy, healthy and hopeful. At Barnardo’s Northern Ireland, that is the vision that guides everything we do.

Our 2027 Manifesto reflects the lived experience of the children, young people, families and carers that we support and is informed by our expertise as service providers.

You will hear from our Director of Children Services and from some of the young people who co-developed this Manifesto, with one clear message: we need a government that is ambitious and collaborative.
