About This Event

A guided walk exploring the history of Lisnabreeny and Cregagh Glen is scheduled for 18 September in Belfast at no cost.

Join some of the team to learn about the history of the area from the ancient rath overlooking the site to the more recent beginnings of the National Trust in Northern Ireland, followed by a walk down into the Cregagh Glen.

We'll meet in the Lisnabreeny car park which is small, so alternatives could be to bus to the Manse road and head up to the car park from there, or for a more challenging walk - join from the bottom of the Cregagh Glen.

The walk will be at a slow moving pace with plenty of stops. It is on a steep slope so some level of fitness is required. Booking is not required, simply join us on the day.
