Step inside Belfast’s Parliament Buildings and explore its rich history, heritage and iconic architecture. European Heritage Open Day Join us at Parliament Buildings on Saturday 12th September as we open our doors for European Heritage Open Day. For this special event, we’ll be running extended public tours every 45 minutes, giving you the chance to explore even more of this iconic building and discover some of the spaces not usually included on our public tours. You’ll visit the Great Hall, Assembly Chamber and Senate Chamber, as well as a Committee Room, the Library and the Speaker’s Office. As we don’t normally offer public tours on Saturdays, this is a fantastic opportunity to experience Parliament Buildings at the weekend and take a peek behind the scenes. Our Coffee Lounge will also be open, so you can enjoy a refreshment during your visit.
